Belinda lovingly guided my body to release stored emotions in my muscles and held a safe container for my healing. She is a wonderful and skilled practitioner- her energy is pure love. The treatment was powerful and effective, I felt held and nurtured the whole time.

I highly recommend Belinda’s healing hands and Bowen treatments. When I first called on Belinda for Bowen I had put my back out, it was so painful to even get out of bed, I couldn’t even walk. Belinda came to me and worked her magic, it felt so subtle yet at the end of the session I could walk around and get down the stairs, and didn’t need to take anymore pain killers. I have booked in many times since with Belinda to help with back/ neck and shoulder tension and it’s amazing how better and more in alignment I feel after the session considering how gentle and subtle the treatment is. Belinda has also given my children a Bowen session which was very helpful for them. Belinda’s presence is very soft, gentle and nurturing so it is easy to relax in her presence and allow her hands to get to work.

About a week after my second session, I realised that my sciatica was gone, but best of all, my headaches had disappeared. A month later I am still living headache free. I can't believe it! The reduction in pain killers has been incredible and my focus has improved.
